| I'm pissed off today. There are things that just aren't fair, and there are other things that would be easier if people weren't so stupid, or if they were willing to trust people as experts. And it pisses me off that these things come at a time when I was in such a good mood because things were going so well. This entry said nothing, my xanga has become a giant mood ring. | 1. I'm expecting a lot of fun things right now. This is highly unusual. I've even written about it before. But right now, I am expecting a check (a big one), an order from flylady.com (a calendar and a purple feather duster), an order from Stanton's Sheet Music, and potentially a letter. Every day I go to the mailbox, and every day it's just stupid junk mail and stuff. 2. Four people share the mailbox out front. Ryan and I, and our two upstairs neighbors. (Both boys.) Apparently, I am the only one capable of taking the mail out of the mailbox and sorting it. It will sit there until I do it. Reasons I am less irritated with getting the mail right now: 1. There is still the hope that there will be something fun in the mail. (Jackie, I know you are reading. This hope of something in the mail is potentiall important...?) 2. | There are 17 Z's in the recipe for Zucchini Pizza. I like making z's because I cross them in the middle like the french do. 17 is my lucky number, and "zucchini" is the word I missed in the 8th grade spelling bee. I spelled it "z-u-c-c-i-n-i". | | |
| I just saw a license plate that said this: PSYCHLING So here is my question. Is the owner of this car: A- A person who rides a bike and was looking for a clever spelling? B- A little tiny psychiatrist? The Goodyear Blimp has been flying around above my neighborhood all day. It's really big. Yesterday I was thinking about the movie "Adventures in Babysitting."
